REJECT CLAIM

Out of warranty, Wrong application, physical or Mechanical damage, Incorrect over or under charging, Use in vehicle fitted with additional or non standard electrical extras, accident damage and when battery does not accept charge.

REPLACE CLAIM BATTERY
​
Battery must be charged for 12 hours and tested before return or replaced, Leaking electrolyte at lid/case seal, factory or material defects, bad odor (like rotten egg), severe gassing, voltage drops below 9.0V with in 10 seconds of load test.
